Took my child there for a small procedure and they did not numb her nor did the dr communicate with me that they would not. The dr didn’t even speak to me or my child when he came into the room. I even called and complained to the person who takes the complaints and she stated that they were aware of this issue with this dr and that he was “ shy “ they clearly know there is a bedside manner issue and continue to let him practice this way. This is unacceptable behavior and if i wouldn’t have asked if they numbed my child I would have not be aware. I asked because she started crying and squirming during the procedure and if she was numb she wouldn’t have been crying. They also told me that it was the band they put around her tooth that was hurting and not that actual drill. As if they knew what my child was feeling or her pain tolerance. Not once did they stop and ask if something was hurting. They just continued to say “ it will be over in a minute. “ I am very disappointed and we will not be back.
