Your Child’s First Visit
We are committed to providing your family with friendly, gentle, high-quality dental care. We understand your child may feel anxious about visiting the dentist and it is our goal to make your little one feel comfortable.
During your child’s first visit, we will review their dental and medical history, examine their mouth and look at their dental development, discuss proper oral hygiene regimes, and a hygienist will help clean their teeth. Dr. Brown will discuss a treatment plan if necessary and answer any questions you may have.
Please plan to arrive 10 minutes prior to your first appointment to fill out paperwork and allow time for your child to become familiar with the office. You can also fill out and print patient paperwork by clicking the link below. Please also bring your driver’s license and your child’s dental insurance card.
Dental cleaning appointments typical take around an hour. However, there are times when our schedule is delayed in order to accommodate an emergency or to give special care to a child. Please accept our apologies in advance if this occurs during your appointment. Be assured that we will give your child extra time and attention as well if s/he is ever in need.
